This is our medium roast two bean blend. These two (SHB) strictly hard beans from Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region and Costa Rica’s Central Valley bring a simple and balanced cup. There are floral hints, clean fruit notes, moderate body, and a lingering clean aftertaste. Simple sipping with no need for milk and sugar.
